Championship side Fulham have signed Chelsea forward Lucas Piazon on loan until January.
The 22-year-old has made three first-team appearances for the Blues, but had four separate previous loan spells away from Stamford Bridge.
Last season, he scored four goals in 27 appearances on loan in the Championship with Reading.
The Brazil Under-23 international has previously also spent time with Malaga, Vitesse and Eintracht Frankfurt.
