Chelsea will NOT sign a goalkeeper this summer - despite fans calling for a new No 1 amid concerns over Robert Sanchez and Filip Jorgensen's performances

Chelsea are not planning on signing another new goalkeeper this summer.

Mail Sport has been told the London club regard Filip Jorgensen, 22, and Mike Penders, 19, as having elite potential, while the more senior Robert Sanchez, 27, and Djordje Petrovic, 25, will also be competing to be the Blues’ No 1 next season.

Petrovic is currently on loan with their French sister club Strasbourg, where he has been impressing with his performances tracked by Chelsea’s loan department.

Sanchez lost his place as Chelsea’s first-choice goalkeeper this season after a series of errors, with Jorgensen replacing him.
