Chelsea are reportedly once again ramping up their efforts to sign the World Cup winning midfielder Enzo Fernandez.
Having failed in their efforts to land the Argentine earlier this month when their bid did not match Benfica's demands, it has been reported in Portugal that Chelsea will go back in for the midfielder.
According to Record, the west London club have not given up hope of landing the midfielder and are planning a raid before this transfer window is out.
