Chelsea stars make Christmas come early for fans with surprise visit to Westminster hospital

Antonio Conte and his Chelsea team made Christmas come early for youngsters at Westminster hospital this week, making a surprise visit to hand out presents and spread festive cheer.

The Blues took time out of their schedule to turn from footballers to Father Christmas for the day, making life a little easier for the youngsters while on the road to recovery.

Eden Hazard, Alvaro Morata and a host of the Blues top stars made an appearance to give something back to the community following a morning training session.
