Chelsea have given youngster Kenedy the green light on a proposed loan move when the transfer window reopens next month.
The 21-year-old, who can play left-back or on the wing, has made just two appearances for the Premier League champions this season - both in the Carabao Cup.
Kenedy is keen to rack up more first-team appearances at Stamford Bridge but has so far found his route into Antonio Conte's side blocked.
Turkish Super League side Fenerbahce have been tracking the Brazilian for some time and, according to the Sabah newspaper, the Istanbul giants will push for a loan move in January.
