Chmpionship promotion contenders Brighton have signed Chelsea and England Under 20 right-back Fikayo Tomori on loan until the end of the season.
Tomori, 19, who made his senior debut for Chelsea at the end of last season and has trained with the first team under Antonio Conte, will provide defensive cover for Seagulls.
Manager Chris Hughton explained that the Chelsea youngster's arrival offers his squad versatility and will allow their own young defender Rob Hunt to gain experience on loan elsewhere.
The Amex chief told the club's website: 'We have brought in Fikayo on loan from Chelsea to provide us with some additional cover in the full-back positions, and we are delighted to welcome him to the club.
