Chelsea star Pedro reveals he had summer talks with Barcelona, but is now happy playing for the Blues

Chelsea's tricky forward Pedro has revealed a return to former club Barcelona in the summer transfer window was on the cards.

The Spaniard opened the scoring recently when Chelsea ran riot over Premier League rivals Manchester United at Stamford Bridge, with a clever passage of play which caught the sleeping Red Devils off guard.

But the World Cup winner wouldn't have featuring at all, had his proposed summer move to Barca materialised.

Pedro has revealed he spoke with the president of the Spanish giants, Josep Maria Bartomeu, about linking up with his former employers.
