Chelsea players have virtually agreed a 10 per cent pay cut - but do not have the opportunity to make up their lost cash.
As revealed by Sportsmail last week, Chelsea players - led by captain Cesar Azpilicueta - have negotiated a 10 per cent pay cut, which will last for four months.
The club originally raised the prospect of the players taking a 30 per cent cut.

Chelsea are the second club in the Premier League to agree a total pay cut, rather than deferral, joining Arsenal whose players have agreed to a 12.
