Chelsea 'set to reward Cole Palmer with secret pay rises to ensure his wages reflect his talent, with the club aiming to keep the England star at Stamford Bridge for the next 10 YEARS'

Chelsea will reportedly reward Cole Palmer for his startling debut campaign with 'incremental wage rises' in a bid to keep him at the club for the next decade.

The 22-year-old completed a £42.5million move to Stamford Bridge from Manchester City last summer and went on to register 33 goal contributions in 33 Premier League outings.

The attacking midfielder continued this form at the European Championship, despite limited game time, and scored in the final having assisted Ollie Watkins' semi-final winner against the Netherlands.

Palmer put pen to paper on a seven-year deal believed to be around £80,000-per-week.
