Antonio Conte savoured the thrill of winning the title in his debut season in English football and then challenged his Chelsea players to turn it into a Double.
Michy Batshauyi came off the bench to score the only goal of the game in the 82nd minute as Conte's team won at West Browmich Albion to secure the prize with two games to spare.
'It has been a great season,' said Conte. 'To be a fantastic season we have to win the FA Cup.'
Chelsea have 87 points, 10 clear of Tottenham who face Manchester United on Sunday and will take on Arsenal in the FA Cup final at Wembley in two weeks.
