Chelsea are in advanced talks with Marseille over a deal for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Discussions between the two clubs are progressing with the French side pushing to bring Aubameyang back to Ligue 1, where he previously played with St Etienne.
Aubameyang joined Chelsea last summer under his former Borussia Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel but found himself increasingly overlooked under his replacement Graham Potter and also omitted from their Champions League squad for the knockout stages.
That alerted a number of clubs to his situation in Europe, the MLS and Saudi Arabia and it is Marseille who have emerged as leading contenders to sign the 34 year-old.
