Gianluca Vialli has revealed his fight against cancer 'is not yet complete' as he vows to 'keep fighting' against the disease.
The former Chelsea striker and manager was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer back in 2017 before being given the all-clear three years later.
But discussing his condition at an event in London for the launch of a book, he has detailed how his cancerous tumour, or the 'unwanted guest' as he calls it, is still around.
