Thibaut Courtois has returned to Chelsea early from international duty with Belgium for treatment on a minor hip problem.

The goalkeeper revealed the news on his Instagram account, sharing a snap on his story at Chelsea headquarters with the caption 'Hips don't lie treatment time!'

The 24-year-old misses Belgium's friendly against Russia on Tuesday but is expected to be fit for Chelsea's encounter at home against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
