Chelsea goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic has agreed to join RC Strasbourg on a season-long loan deal.
The 24-year-old Serb played 31 times under Mauricio Pochettino last season but will move on after Chelsea signed Filip Jorgensen from Villarreal as his replacement last month.
Petrovic also penned a new contract on improved terms at Stamford Bridge before his move to the Strasbourg, the club owned by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital's parent company BlueCo.
The Blues, who signed Petrovic from New England Revolution for £14m last summer, believe the move is in the interest of his long-term development.
