Chelsea have handed a new contract to back-up goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli that saw him commit his long-term future to the Premier League giants.
Bettinelli made the switch from Craven Cottage to Stamford bridge in 2021 after previously spending 10 years amongst Fulham's ranks.
The 30-year-old has made just one senior appearance for Chelsea, a third-round FA Cup win over Chesterfield in 2021, but is yet to feature in either the Premier League or European competition for the Blues.
He hasn't featured under current boss Graham Potter but has been a regular on the bench in the Premier League and Champions League, providing back-up to Kepa Arrizabalaga in the absence of Edouard Mendy.
