Former Chelsea star Mario Melchiot has urged Antonio Conte to play Eden Hazard on the wing and start Alvaro Morata up front against Barcelona.
Speaking to talkSPORT, the Dutchman explained how the Blues’ only chance of progressing to the Champions League quarter-finals will be with all their best players selected in their natural positions - something Conte has not done over the last few weeks.
In the home leg against Barca, Conte fielded Hazard as a centre forward to little reward, while his performance in that position in Chelsea’s Premier League defeat at Manchester United saw Hazard criticised as the falsest of false nines.
