Antonio Conte will not contest the FA charge for his touchline dismissal but urged referees to get a grip on time-wasting in the Premier League.

Conte will pay a fine of £8,000 after being ordered from the bench by Neil Swarbrick following a verbal outburst at fourth official Lee Mason during Chelsea's 1-0 win against Swansea on Wednesday.

'It is right to accept it and pay the fine,' said Chelsea boss Conte. 'The referee took this decision I have to respect it and pay this fine.

'I also want the referee to learn something about this because Swansea was wasting time and the referee has to protect the team that wants to play football and try to win the game.
