Chelsea are reportedly yet to bid for Sevilla centre back Jules Kounde though the defender is for sale if the right price is met, confirmed sporting director Monchi.
The Blues have made the 22-year-old French defender Kounde their number one defensive target yet are currently not keen on paying his £68million release clause.
Yet according to the Evening Standard, the two clubs have still been in talks for the highly-rated centre back, with Chelsea keen to offer players in part-exchange as part of the deal.
