Chelsea have appointed Paul Winstanley their new Director of Global Talent and Transfers.
Winstanley had spent eight years at fellow Premier League side Brighton and Hove Albion.
The highly rated talent spotter becomes the sixth staff member to follow manager Graham Potter from Brighton to Stamford Bridge after Potter was appointed Blues boss to replace Thomas Tuchel in early September.
Chelsea chairman Todd Boehly and co-controlling owner Behdad Eghbali said: 'Paul is going to be a great addition to Chelsea.
'He's highly respected and is a key senior addition as we continue to build a world class sporting team with a huge depth of talent, ambition and commitment who will work closely with us to drive Chelsea forward.
