Chelsea and Manchester United target Gianluigi Donnarumma 'puts AC Milan and Juventus contract talks on hold' with the goalkeeper 'desperate to play in the Champions League next season'

AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma has reportedly put contract talks with the club on hold because of his desire to play in the Champions League next season.

Donnarumma's deal at the San Siro expires in the summer. Discussions over an extension have been on-going throughout the season but he is yet to reach an agreement with the club.

The shot-stopper, who is a target for Chelsea and Manchester United, is also said to have halted discusssions with Juventus. Football Italia report that this is because Donnarumma is desperate to play in Europe's elite competition next year.
