Chelsea have agreed to sign Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez on loan with an option to make the deal permanent for £34million next summer.
A loan move for the Spaniard appeared to be over in the past 48 hours, with the Spanish club deciding they wish to keep the midfielder for the 2021-22 campaign.
The LaLiga champions then made a U-turn regarding 26-year-old and he will join Thomas Tuchel's side for a loan fee of £4m.
