Cesc Fabregas can still be a key man for Chelsea this season, according to Frank Sinclair.

Fabregas was left on the bench for new manager Antonio Conte’s first Premier League match in charge of the Blues, against West Ham, on Monday night.

The omission has fuelled speculation the former Arsenal captain could be on his way out of Stamford Bridge.

But Sinclair believes the 29-year-old still has plenty to offer the club and expects him to be an integral part of Conte’s squad.
