Chelsea have been busy over the past couple of months making sure that they keep their top players around as long as possible.
The latest player to be offered a new contract is Cesar Azpilicueta, with the deal expected to be worth around £150,000 per week and extending his spell at the club until 2022.
Azpilicueta's current deal is worth £120,000 a week and runs out in 2020. Despite having two years left to run on the contract, Chelsea were keen to retain his services for the long term.
The Spaniard joins Marcos Alonso and N'Golo Kante in signing a new Chelsea contract recently.
