Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde admits Chelsea made it difficult for them and lauds 'perfect' Willian goal

Barcelona head coach Ernesto Valverde admitted Chelsea made it difficult for them at Stamford Bridge, but suggested Antonio Conte's side will be the happier of the two teams following a 1-1 draw.

Chelsea initially took the lead in the Champions League round of 16 first leg through Willian before Lionel Messi equalised with what was his first goal against the west London club in nine appearances.

Valverde says Conte's high-pressing tactics were problematic for Barcelona's passing style and believes that while their away goal is important, it is far from the definitive advantage they wanted.
