Antonio Conte's season at Chelsea is incredibly similar to his first campaign with Juventus in 2011/12

Antonio Conte will be very happy after his first season at Chelsea, and the Italian can be forgiven for having an unshakeable sense of deja vu after their season came to a close on Saturday.

Conte arrived at Stamford Bridge after Chelsea had completed the worst title defence in Premier League history, finishing 10th and thus falling out of European football altogether.

He not only turned them into a dominant force in the league, but came close to sealing a domestic double after narrowly losing to Arsenal in the FA Cup final on Saturday.

This, amazingly, paints an almost identical picture to the one he experienced in his debut season as Juventus manager in the 2011/12 campaign.
