Antonio Conte has struggled at Chelsea because Italian players are more dedicated... there is no pressure in the Premier League, says former Blues striker Gianluca Vialli

Antonio Conte's biggest challenge at Chelsea is to get his team showing the same attitude as Italian players because 'there is no pressure in the Premier League', claims former Blues striker Gianluca Vialli.

The former Juventus manager, who laughed off talk that he could be sacked after bookmakers suspended betting on his dismissal on Thursday, has struggled for consistency since arriving this summer.

Vialli claims the reason for this is that Conte is used to players who are more 'dedicated' while players arriving in the English game feel like 'lifting a burden' from their shoulders.
