Newcastle legend Alan Shearer believes that Magpies full-back Lewis Hall is deserving of a call-up to England's next squad.
The 20-year-old, who signed from Chelsea for 35million last August has received plaudits for his performances for Eddie Howe's side this term. The youngster has started seven of the side's 10 Premier League matches and has particularly impressed in matches against Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal.
Hall's recent form could see him handed a call-up to Lee Carsley's final England camp before he is replaced by permanent boss Thomas Tuchel in January.
