Ruben Loftus-Cheek has joined AC Milan to add to the Chelsea exodus.
An £18.5million deal has been agreed, paving the way for the midfielder, 27, to be reunited with former Chelsea team-mates Fikayo Tomori and Olivier Giroud in Milan.
It ends Loftus-Cheek’s 19-year association with the Blues, who he joined aged eight. He had a year left on his contract worth in excess of £150,000 a week and talks included the prospect of Chelsea contributing to help smooth through the deal.
Milan have also opened talks about signing USA midfielder Christian Pulisic - another player that Chelsea are open to offloading as part of their summer clearout.
