UConn women have one of the top 2022 recruiting classes. Here's how it could get better.

Kiki Rice, a point guard from Washington, D.C., will make her decision public Thursday night. UConn is among her finalists, along with Stanford, UCLA, Arizona, and Duke.

UConn already has commitments from two of the top players in the class: Indiana wing Ayanna Patterson and San Diego forward Isuneh Brady. Rice is the best guard in the class, but UConn’s backcourt could be crowded over the next few seasons with Fudd and Paige Bueckers — the top recruit in the Class of 2020 — on the roster.

There are potentially four roster spots available next season, barring any players transferring out.
