The Charlotte Hornets Sign Undrafted Guard Rasheed Sulaimon

According to basketball reporter David Pick, “Undrafted guard Rasheed Sulaimon, of Maryland, signed a vet-camp deal with Charlotte Hornets and will play in the D-League.” Sulaimon is a four-year college player that went undrafted in the 2016 NBA Draft. He played three seasons at Duke and one year at Maryland.

The 6’4 shooting guard was a five-star recruit coming out of high school and he was receiving scholarship offers from every big name school from around the country. He was also a McDonald’s All-American in 2012. The talented guard was a good college player but never lived up to his true potential that was put on him coming out of high school.
