The Hornets have started the season 0-3 and are looking for their first win of the season. Charlotte have had two close loses to the Atlanta Hawks already this year and are set to take on yet another team that made the playoffs last year. Each team that the Charlotte Hornets have played so far this year made the playoffs in the Eastern Conference last season. That is a difficult way to open year but it has tested the team and shown them that they are able to compete against some of the upper-tier teams in the East.
