The Hornets rank 17th in the league this season for average attendance with 17,370 people per game. The Hive does seem to be buzzing more than ever this year but there are still games where it is far from a sellout. The Chicago Bulls rank first in attendance this season.
Time Warner Cable Arena holds a capacity of 20,200 which means an average of about 3,000 seats are empty for every home game.
