Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports and The Vertical has reported that the Charlotte Hornets are looking to trade the 22nd overall pick in the first round of the NBA Draft. They are looking to package the pick with the contracts of either Spencer Hawes or Jeremy Lamb. The team is hoping to free up cap space to re-sign their free agents.
The Charlotte Hornets only have one pick in the 2016 NBA Draft and that is the 22nd overall pick. It has been rumored that they were looking to deal the pick but it seems as if they are pushing hard to do so now.
