PHILADELPHIA -- The NBA appears to be in a great state in the 2024-25 season when one steps back and sees the talent around the league. There are superstars all over the NBA in both small and big markets, but the TV ratings have been down a bit to begin the season.
Commissioner Adam Silver acknowledged that the ratings are down a bit, but he also pointed out the popularity on social media and such. There is a bit of a give and take there.
Philadelphia 76ers coach Nick Nurse was asked about the state of the NBA right now before Friday's win over the Charlotte Hornets and his thoughts on the TV ratings.
