In a recent report from RealGM, it was said by a league source plugged into the dynamics in Charlotte that “They love Lamb.” This is an interesting development in the Hornets’ acquisition of Lamb this summer when they traded the for him from the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Hornets acquired Jeremy Lamb over the off-season from OKC in exchange for Luke Ridnour and a 2016 second round pick. The trade was a huge pick-up for the Charlotte Hornets who weren’t going to keep Ridnour anyway and a second round pick is a small price to pay for a young player with tremendous upside like that of Jeremy’s.
