Jalen McDaniels scored a career high 21 points in his second career start as the Charlotte Hornets took down the Oklahoma City Thunder, 113-102.
The Thunder showed why they’ve been on the receiving end of the three straight blowout losses early on. They missed shots every way imaginable, and even missed their first four free throw attempts. The Hornets took a little time to get going, but they eventually found their groove on their way to a 32 point quarter. But the Thunder found their groove as well, splashing five first quarter 3-pointers, with Aleksej Pokusevski hitting all four of his attempts from deep before a last second heave.
