MENDON, MI. - Everything seems to be finally clicking for the Quincy Lady Oriole softball team. After a rash of early season injuries seriously tested the depth of a young Orioles squad the team appears to be getting healthy at just the right time and that showed Saturday as Quincy traveled to Mendon for the Hornets Invitational.
Quincy finished 2-0 on the day and was slated to play in the championship game versus the host team from Mendon, however the finale was rained out. With their 2-0 finish the Orioles have now won six straight games after starting the season at 2-9.
