Player grades: Thunder does enough to beat LaMelo-less Hornets in 106-94 win

Gifted another steal after Tidjane Salaun's bad pass, Jalen Williams jogged down the court for the easy transition dunk. The steal-to-score sequence tied up a nice, little win for OKC.

The Oklahoma City Thunder took care of business with a 106-94 win over the Charlotte Hornets. The front end of this road-and-home back-to-back served as an appetizer for OKC's anticipated matchup against the Memphis Grizzlies in a clash of the top two teams in the West.

The Thunder led wire-to-wire. They scored the first seven points to set the tone. The Hornets didn't score until nearly four minutes into the contest.
