NEW YORK -- The Brooklyn Nets are coming off a great win for their morale as they ended their seven-game losing streak with a 104-83 victory over the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday. While Brooklyn saw the return of two players in Ben Simmons and Trendon Watford that had missed significant time, the Nets are still dealing with some important absences heading into Saturday's game at the Houston Rockets.
The Nets announced on Friday that guard Cam Thomas, who has missed the past 14 games as he deals with a left hamstring strain, had a follow-up MRI earlier this week that revealed appropriate healing.
