HORNELL, N.Y. (WETM) – One of the NBA’s all-time most exciting players is coming to Hornell.
Two-time NBA All-Star and College Basketball Hall of Fame inductee Larry Johnson will be a special guest at the 49th Annual Hornell Sports Night. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, March 29 at The Main Place in Hornell for a night dedicated to honoring local sports and raising money for The Special Olympics.
Johnson, also known as “Grandmama” during the 1990’s, captivated basketball fans on the court at UNLV in college and with the Charlotte Hornets and New York Knicks in the NBA.
