Lakers may unite LeBron James with $75 million star forward, ship Dalton Knecht to Hornets once more

The Los Angeles Lakers were rolling in the immediate aftermath of their trade deadline acquisition of Luke Donu010diu0107, as the team pulled off an eight-game winning streak prior to LeBron James suffering an unfortunate groin injury against the Boston Celtics on March 8.

The Lakers are positioned as the No. 4 seed in the West and are still actively trying to avoid the Play-In Tournament in an extremely tight conference. With James missing from the lineup, Los Angeles has lost four of their last six contests.

Due to their lack of scoring talent outside of Donu010diu0107 and break-out guard Austin Reaves, recent reports indicate that the Lakers' general manager Rob Pelinka could reach out to the Charlotte Hornets to negotiate another deal involving rookie forward Dalton Knecht.
