The Los Angeles Lakers are clearly still one key trade away from contender status.
Anthony Davis — when healthy — has looked like an MVP candidate, and Austin Reaves has been tremendous. LeBron James is his usual elite self, but he turns 40 in December and JJ Redick needs to be careful not to overextend James before the playoffs.
Los Angeles could really use another young star to come in and make the team more dynamic offensively.
