The Knicks and Landry Shamet have agreed to a deal that returns the veteran guard to New York after a two-month hiatus, his agent told SNY's Ian Begley on Sunday.
In a corresponding move, the Knicks waived forward Matt Ryan.
Shamet originally signed with the Knicks on Sept. 14, but he was waived a month later after he dislocated his shoulder in a preseason game against the Charlotte Hornets.
The 27-year-old impressed with an average of 10.8 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.
