Kaminsky Injury Update - 3/3/17

March 3, 2017 – The Charlotte Hornets announced today that forward/center Frank Kaminsky has suffered an AC joint sprain in his left shoulder. The injury occurred with 7:38 remaining in the fourth quarter of Charlotte’s loss to the Phoenix Suns last night. Kaminsky will be listed as out for the Hornets game at Denver on Saturday, March 4 and he will be re-evaluated when the team returns to Charlotte. The 7-0 second-year player from Wisconsin has appeared in 59 games (16 starts) and is averaging 11.5 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.8 assists in 25.8 minutes per game. Kaminsky has started the last 10 games for Charlotte scoring 20 or more points four times in that stretch and has averaged 14.
