Detroit Pistons center Jalen Duren was ruled out for Friday night's game against the Atlanta Hawks at Little Caesars Arena, and is day-to-day, coach J.B. Bickerstaff said pregame.
He rolled his ankle early in the first quarter Wednesday against the Charlotte Hornets, and did not return.
Duren, 20 and in his third season, has already dealt with injuries to both ankles in the NBA. He sprained his left ankle twice last season, missing eight games in December and an additional game in April. Duren is averaging eight points, 9.
