Hornets Sweep Global Games Set with Clippers

Al Jefferson scored a game-high 17 points, Nic Batum recorded a double-double (14 points, 10 rebounds) and Jeremy Lin got the Hornets going in both halves, finising with 13 points as the Hornets swept the two-game NBA Global Games set with the Los Angeles Clippers, 113-71, on Oct. 14 in Shanghai at the Mercedes-Benz Arena. It marked the largest preseason victory in Charlotte franchise history and moved the Hornets to 4-0 in the preseason.

Turning Points
Jeremy Lin scored the game's first points on a 3-pointer from the top of the arc, sending the Shanghai crowd into a frenzy and didn't slow down in the first quarter, scoring Charlotte's first 10 points on 4-of-4 shooting from the field and 2-of-2 shooting from long range as the Hornets took a 10-9 lead.
