The Charlotte Hornets didn’t make any trades today. There were reports that a deal to bring Marc Gasol to Charlotte was very close to happening, but hangups on some of the deal’s finer details caused it to fall through. Ultimately Gasol was sent to the Raptors in exchange for Jonas Valanciunas, Delon Wright, and C.J. Miles.
Frank Kaminsky’s name floated around as a potential mover on deadline day, but no such deal occurred. However, that doesn’t mean the fourth year pro’s roster spot is safe.
