The Charlotte Hornets begin a new era in the 2024-25 season under first-time head coach Charles Lee as they look to improve upon their 21-61 record from a year ago.
Lee was hired after spending the past 10 years as an assistant with the Atlanta Hawks, Milwaukee Bucks and Boston Celtics. He helped the Bucks and Celtics to championships in 2021 and 2024, respectively, and was highly regarded in coaching circles around the NBA.
Among the moves the Hornets made this offseason included re-signing Miles Bridges and Seth Curry while acquiring Josh Green from the Dallas Mavericks.
