Charlotte Hornets head coach Charles Lee believes rookie Tidjane Salaün made some growth on the court following a recent stint in the G League with the Greensboro Swarm.
Salaün made four appearances with the Swarm, averaging 13.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.3 steals on 39.3% shooting from the field. He recorded at least 10 points in each game, including 23 points, six rebounds and one steal on Jan. 29 in a win over the Long Island Nets.
The sixth pick had struggled a bit with the Hornets, likely prompting the team to assign him to the Swarm.
