NBA commissioner Adam Silver said a lot Thursday evening about rules under the collective bargaining agreement that determine when players can enter the league’s draft.
The last thing Silver said on that subject, during his annual news conference at the NBA Finals, might be the most telling:
“My sense is it’s not working for anyone,” Silver observed.

True that. The NBA would like American players to wait two years after their high school class graduates before entering the draft (versus the current one year).
